Managing Director: Marc Evans BA Hons., FCIPR
Managing Director and principal consultant Marc Evans is a bilingual senior Public Affairs, PR and communications consultant, with over 20 years experience to Director level in the commercial and public sectors.
He was trained and worked in the broadcast media (BBC Radio, HTV and S4C independents) with subsequent senior staff and freelance roles in PR, public affairs and media consultancy.
Marc is a Member of several professional bodies in Wales, including the Chartered Institute of Public Relations Wales Group (Immediate Past Chairman, Wales Cymru Group) and Cyswllt (Society of Welsh speaking Communications Professionals) and the Institute of Welsh Affairs and adheres to the ethical codes of the IPR and NUJ.
He recently stood down after fifteen years as a Board Member of Chapter Arts Limited (www.chapter.org).
As part of the Thomson Foundation’s work for the Association of Commonwealth Universities, Marc has given regular presentations on the media and communicating science. Other presentations have been made for the British Council and the Thomson Foundation to visiting government Heads of Information Services: on public sector communications, ethical communications practice in a democracy, bilingualism and civil rights in Wales and for Common Purpose: democratic access to the Welsh Assembly.
Marc is Immediate Past Chair of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations Cymru Wales (www.cipr-cymru-wales.org) and received the honour of an Outstanding Contribution to PR award at the Cymru Wales PRide Awards 2007.

Carl Legge LL.B MBA
Carl Legge is a senior public affairs and strategic communications consultant based in North Wales. He has over 20 years experience in the public and private sectors. He has wide experience in developing strategies for contentious issues, managing offensive and defensive communications campaigns, developing new strategies for clients’ interaction with devolved governments and helping to facilitate the building of client communication skills and competence. Recent work includes developing strategies for clients with the National Assembly for Wales and the Greater London Assembly, conducting a major consultation campaign to help inform policy making at political and official level in DETR/DEFRA, developing a strategy and campaign for telecommunications mast building and advising clients for a Scottish Affairs Committee Inquiry. He also has experience in contentious litigation, enquiries and parliamentary work including promoting private legislation.
Eoghan Mortell CMIPR
Eoghan is Managing Director of leading Welsh public relations agency Working Word PR, working in collaboration with Civitas Cymru. Eoghan has over twenty years experience in the media and public relations industries, including periods as a business journalist, information officer for the CBI and 15 years in consultancy PR. Eoghan brings extensive experience of the use of all media and the organisation of PR events. Prior to establishing Working Word in 1999 he was involved for six years in promoting the Cardiff Bay Development and won a national Sword of Excellence from the Institute of Public Relations in 1995 for an extensive information programme about the Cardiff Bay Barrage for the community and a wide spectrum of interested groups. He has been involved in promoting the work of Training Education Councils and PR for DCELLs (formerly the Assembly Public Sponsored Body, ELWa – Education and Learning Wales). He was elected to the CIPR Cymru Wales Group Committee in 2004.
Tony Price MIPR
Tony Price is highly experienced and professionally qualified in both Public Relations and advertising. He worked with a major international advertising agency in London and gained his advertising qualifications. He then managed publicity and PR services with several multi-national companies before returning to Wales to work in senior management roles with South Wales Electricity, Thomson Newspapers and Wales Gas/British Gas Wales. In recent years he has worked in a freelance capacity providing public relations and marketing consultancy services to local, regional and national clients, including a number of business support organisations in Wales. He provides specialist mentoring for corporate identity, branding and marketing materials and campaign planning and is a member of the Institute of Public Relations.
